TRANSITIONING TO WAUKEE ONLY

Dear Valued Clients,

 

After 13 wonderful years serving the Clive community, I have made one of the most difficult decisions of my life. Effective July 19th, 2026, our It’s a Ruff Life Clive location will close as we consolidate our operations into our It’s a Ruff Life Waukee location (115 N Warrior Ln, Waukee, IA 50263).

 

The decision was not made lightly. Over the past 13 years, I’ve had the privilege of caring for your dogs and building lasting relationships with so many incredible families. Your trust and support have mean more to me than I can express.

 

As our business has grown, so have the demands of operating two locations. At the same time my priorities have evolved. As the father of a two-year-old son and a husband to an amazing wife, I want to be more present with my family while continuing to provide the exceptional care your dogs deserve.

 

By moving to one location, our entire team, resources, and attention can be focused on delivering the highest level of care for every dog entrusted to us. Instead of dividing efforts between two buildings, we’ll be bringing everyone together under one roof to create an even stronger experience for both our dogs and their families.

 

We sincerely hope you’ll continue with us at our It’s a Ruff Life Waukee location. We’ll make the transition as seamless as possible by transferring your information and assisting with any scheduling needs. As a thank-you for your loyalty and understanding, we will be offering 10% off services through the end of August 2026.

 

Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your dogs’ lives over the years. We look forward to continuing to care for your dogs at our It’s a Ruff Life Waukee.
