​All reservations MUST be cancelled in writing, either via Email or by filling out a cancellation form in the office. Phone cancellations will NOT be accepted. If we don’t have a written cancellation, you will be charged.
Note: There is a *$5 surcharge for same-day daycare reservations.

Download the Registration Form. It is in Word document format.

Email the form to either itsarufflifedm@gmail.com for Clive, or itsarufflifewk@gmail.com for Waukee with you and your dog's name.

If you prefer, you can bring in a physical/printed version of the form.

Please do one Registration form for each dog you have, if multiple.

Submit a Reservation Request for our Clive or Waukee location above.

New dogs must complete our 10-15 temperament test on their first day. Please schedule accordingly so you can join our pack on day one!​
