LET US IMPRESS YOU AND YOUR DOG

We are excited to care for your best friend! Below are a few things to help us get to know you and your dog better, and are required to join our pack.

To ensure the safety of your dog and existing customers, we require a Registration Form to be completed and signed before your dog can join our fun. It is in Word document format.
For ease of registration, please email the form to either itsarufflifedm@gmail.com for Clive, or itsarufflifewk@gmail.com for Waukee with your and your dog's name.
- If you prefer, you can bring in a physical/printed version of the form on your dog's first day.
- Please do one Registration form for each dog you have, if multiple.
Once you have your Registration Form, submit a Reservation Request for our Clive or Waukee location.
- Every dog is required to go through our evaluation process to make sure they are safe to play with others. Evaluations usually take between 10 and 15 minutes. Please schedule accordingly so you can join our pack on day one!

What's Included in Registration?

1. BEHAVIOR & HEALTH CERTIFICATION
1. The health and safety of your dog is our primary focus. We require this form in order to verify that all dogs in our daycare center are healthy and play well with each other.

2. DOG HISTORY
1. For us to get to know your dog and their history better, we require this registration form. These questions will allow us to better care for your dog while you are away.

3. TERMS & REQUIREMENTS
1. Our goal at It’s a Ruff Life is to provide a safe, fun, and energizing environment for your companion during their stay. To ensure the safety and health of your dog, we require all to comply with the included rules and regulations.
